After our consulting and sales experts have completed their tasks and the implementation of your optimal workplace starts, our external support will arrange an appointment with you at your place in order to install the aid hardware and software. Commissioning takes place in two steps: First, the entire equipment is set up, installed and completely adapted. Afterwards, our qualified support representatives will teach you all the important skills, tips and tricks in dealing with the new equipment at an individual pace.

If individual adjustments are necessary at this point in order to optimize the individual work processes, these will be implemented by our employees on site if possible. In many cases, we can also leverage our proven JAWS modules, which simplify and streamline the functions and workflows of many key applications, such as telephone software.

However, our care does not end with the delivery. Afterwards, we are available to our customers with our support team and our technical hotline for problems and questions in order to guarantee the sustainable functioning of the workplace.
